When you place an order on stylishwholesaler.com, the order might be shipped to you via multiple packages,due to our different warehouse locations. Most of times, we try to ship your order all in one shipment. A tracking number will be sent to you after order shipped.
- Company Information
Your EIN number or seller permit, and legal company name are required for us (wholesaler) to sell to you (reseller).
- Address Change
In order to avoid business fraud, shipping address and billing address can be the same or different. You can have up to two addresses for your account profile. If you change your address (either shipping address or billing address), you need to notify us in advance and provide documentation for approval in order to make changes in your profile.
- Payment Accounts at Checkout
You can use up to five cards for your account payment, your account will be locked automatically if you use more than five cards at checkout for all your orders. You need to contact us if your account is locked.
Order Processing Time
Order will be shipped after payment is approved. Usually, order fulfilled by us is 1-3 business days, excluding holidays.
Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your order package. You can calculate your estimated shipping fee by visiting www.ups.com and using shipping fee calculator. Please note that the shipping costs that are calculated by the shipping fee calculator is an estimate shipping cost ONLY, due to unknown weight, size of package and speed of delivery. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
We use UPS as our preferred carrier. If you wish to use other carriers, let us know in advance and we will arrange accordingly.
Delivery Signature Requests
You can request for a delivery signature for your package. Please note that we are NOT responsible for any packages which are mishandled, lost, stolen or missing once it leaves our facility with carrier's tracking number.We do NOT take any responsibility for packages damaged while in transit. Any claims on damaged packages should be notified to the carrier.

We check all items before shipping. RA (Return Authorization) number will be issued ONLY for damaged/defective/wrong products. Please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days from the delivered date of any damaged/defective/wrong items. Items will be returned for store credit ONLY after approval. NO returns will be accepted after 3 business days from delivered date. It is your responsibility to check all merchandise immediately and notify us within 3 business days from delivered date.
Please submit return request via email at email@example.com. Your will need to submit a return form and two pictures in order to get a RA number. The first picture shows the damaged/defective area of item. The second picture shows the complete damaged/defective/wrong item. Return package has to be shipped within 3 business days after RA number is issued and must be accompanied with copy of invoice,return form and issued RA number. All items must be returned unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags attached in its original packing condition.Once all information is received, it may take 1-5 business days for approval. We will process a store credit for damaged/defective/wrong items once it has been approved.Items returned outside its original condition / packaging and incomplete packets will not be accepted, no credit will be given and you will have to pay for the shipping cost to have items shipped back to you. A 20% of handling fee will be applied to all accepted and unaccepted returns and is non-refundable.
Store credit will not be given if you cannot meet all conditions from the following:
- Without our issued RA number.
- If notified after 3 business days from delivered date.
- If return package does not ship out within 3 business days after RA number issued.
- We will not accept returns aside from damaged/defective/wrong items.
- Returned items are not approved.
